ALong the journey of embodied recognition is that PURE LOVE HEALS the deepest wounds and traumas created through separation. In this blog I aim to bring the shadow's to the light and the light to the shadows within the human psyche so that unconscious patterns can be recognised, acknowledged, expressed, forgiven and allowed to be let go. Then the true JOY of BEing HUman can be known and celebrated as we create the new earth visions of the SOUL into reality.
